Body originally built in France, final assembly in Germany. 103,000 total between 1968 and 1973, about 70,000 sold in the US, through Buick dealers 3,500 were 1.1l 60HP, all others were 1.9l 90HP (1968-70) and 78HP (1971-73) Weight about 2,050 pounds

This is my 3rd GT since 1988 (when I lived in Germany) Restored between April 2007 and June 2008. Born as an orange automatic 1.9l, 78 HP Color change to European only Opel silverblue
Converted to 4 speed. Engine rebuilt to Euro spec 2.0l flat top pistons, 38 Weber, cam, about 110 HP Mix of stock and custom exhaust Everything else stock Shown at the 2008 Monterey Concorso.
