After retirement from the Central Motion Picture Corporation (CMPC), Rich pursued a career in the environmental sciences while always keeping photography and artistry a hobby. This hobby eventually became a 2nd job in the form of photojournalism. His photographic works have been published for the City of Davis, Yolo and Sacramento Counties. Since 1997 when he picked up his first digital camera, a Kodak D40, Rich has devoted his spare time to capturing life, pixel by pixel.
Photography is just one of Rich’s many hobbies -- he was not only once a radio DJ for KDVS but has always been a performance car enthusiast. Rich co-founded the Sacramento area Club Lexus IS group and currently is an active member and contributing photographer for the Porsche Club of America.
You will see him at EuroSunday with a camera or two around his neck, capturing the cars, people and the event. Please stop by and say hello, Rich loves talking photography with fellow camera geeks and is currently looking for a volunteer Photoshop wizard.
