EuroSunday and the California Auto Museum are partnering to visit Germany this coming September 2012. Our itinerary begins with a visit to the famous Nurburgring - the 'Green Hell' Nordschleife circuit. From there, you'll see some fabulous castles on the way to Stuttgart where we make pit stops at both Porsche and Mercedes in Stuttgart, with guided tours of their outstanding museums (factory visits planned, but pending at this time). We’ll conclude in Munich where we explore the BMW Museum, Welt, and Factory along with the Deutsches Museum Verkehrszentrum will be toured also. You will have a free day to yourself in Munich to experience the city and surrounds, and the group will experience Oktoberfest!

The tour will accommodate 30, and pricing is only $3100.00 per person (double occupancy)!

IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION

Rates are per person, double occupancy. Taxes and fees are additional.
PAYMENTS A $500 deposit per person is required at time of booking. Two payments of $1000 each per person are due: one on March 15 and one on May 30. The balance is due by July 15. Payment may be made by credit card or by sending a check or money order.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

Cancellations of confirmed bookings or transfers to new travel dates may result in penalties and fees. If you cancel for any reason prior to tour departure, the following cancellation fees will be assessed:
• More than 60 days prior to departure: $100.00 cancellation fee plus any funds committed by CAM or EuroSunday for deposits, fees, or penalties will not be refunded.
• 60 - 16 days prior to departure: 30% of price
• 15 - 7 day prior to departure: 50% of price
• 7 days up to Day of departure: 100% of price
We do not sell trip insurance of any kind. We recommend you research both trip cancelation insurance and trip interruption insurance to see if it is right for you.

TRAVELERS NEEDING SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

You must report any disability requiring special attention to California Auto Museum/EuroSunday Driven to Drive Tours (CAM/ES) when the reservation is made. CAM/ES will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of tour participants. However, be aware that the Americans with Disabilities Act are inapplicable outside of the United States and facilities outside of the United States for disabled individuals are limited.
It is strongly recommended that anyone requiring assistance be accompanied by a companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing the assistance. Neither CAM/ES nor its personnel, nor its suppliers, may physically lift or assist clients into transportation vehicles. If a traveler thinks he or she might need assistance during a trip, call CAM/ES to determine what assistance might reasonably be given. CAM/ES cannot provide special individual assistance to tour members for walking, dining or other activities.

BAGGAGE DISCLAIMER

Although every effort is made to handle passengers' luggage as carefully as possible, CAM/EuroSunday Driven To Drive Tours is not responsible for and does not assume liability or accept claims for loss of or damage to luggage due to breakage, theft or wear and tear through hotel and group carrier handling. It is recommended that you have adequate insurance.
Checked Baggage Charges: Some airlines may impose additional charges if you choose to check any baggage. Please contact your airline or refer to its website for detailed information regarding your airline's checked baggage policies.

HOLIDAY AND MUSEUM CLOSURES

Museum visits and personal shopping time may be disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances including many religious, state and local holidays observed throughout the world.

MOTORCOACH WASHROOMS

Most motorcoaches used on our tours are equipped with washrooms. These are typically for emergency use, as we make plenty of comfort stops, allowing you the opportunity to use public restrooms and stretch your legs.

EXPLANATION OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND TOUR CONDITIONS FOR CAM/EUROSUNDAY DRIVEN TO DRIVE TOURS.

Any person reserving or purchasing the CAM/EuroSunday Driven To Drive Tours product published in this brochure accepts the condition that CAM/EuroSunday reserves the exclusive right to change or cancel itineraries, hotels, and other tour components whenever deemed necessary. If this occurs, every effort will be made to offer alternate dates or programs.

Published times on itineraries are as accurate as possible but subject to change due to traffic, weather, mechanical and other conditions beyond CAM/EuroSunday's control that prevent EuroSunday Driven To Drive Tours from operating as scheduled. CAM/EuroSunday Driven To Drive Tours expressly disclaims any liability for any damages incurred for any changes, cancellations or delays.
All rates on foreign tours are subject to changes in currency exchange rates and may be changed prior to departure.

All rates published are per person as indicated and when only one rate is shown, are based on double occupancy. Reservations will be accepted subject to availability at the time of a request and will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of a minimum deposit.

CAM/ES Driven To Drive Tours does not accept liability of any passenger being denied boarding by any airline carrier. All cancellation charges, fees and refunds for any tour within this brochure are in effect as of the effective date as indicated below and supersede any other previously printed policies relating to these same charges.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER

Neither CAM, EuroSunday, Inc., its affiliated entities and employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns (collectively "EuroSunday"), own or operate any entity which provides goods or services for these trips. EuroSunday does not maintain control or operate the personnel, equipment, or operations of the suppliers it uses. Because of this, EuroSunday assumes no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of: (1) any wrongful, negligent, willful or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the suppliers or other employees or agents; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instrument owned, operated or otherwise used by any of these suppliers; or (3) any wrongful, willful or negligent act or omission on the part of any other party not under the supervision and control of EuroSunday.

Additionally, responsibility is not accepted for losses or expenses due to sickness, lack of appropriate medical facilities or practitioners, weather, strikes, theft or other criminal acts, war, terrorism, computer problems, or other such causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws of the country in which they are provided. EuroSunday reserves the right to make changes in the published itinerary whenever, in their sole judgment, conditions warrant or if EuroSunday deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour. EuroSunday reserves the right to withdraw any tour announced. CAM/ES reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour or to require any participant to withdraw from the tour at any time, when this action is determined by the tour manager to be in the best interests of the health, safety, and general welfare of the tour group or of the individual participant. Neither does CAM/ES accept liability for any carrier's cancellation penalty incurred by the purchase of a non-refundable airline or other ticket to the tour departure city and return or otherwise. Baggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the owner at all times.

Participants may be photographed for the promotional purposes of CAM/ES. Payment of the deposit to EuroSunday constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

ARBITRATION

I agree that any dispute concerning, relating, or referring to this contract, the brochure or any other literature concerning my trip, or the trip itself, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration according to the then existing rules of the American Arbitration Association in California. These proceedings will be governed by California law. Any arbitration proceedings will take place in Sacramento County. The arbitrator and not any federal, state, or local court or agency shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, conscionability, or formation of this contract, including but not limited to any claim that all or any part of this contract is void or voidable. Arbitration fees will be divided equally between the parties. Each party will be responsible for their own attorney fees.
